Ala Makeup Studio knew very well that as a concept make-up studio using world-renowned makeup brands, the first thing to do is to renew its digital infrastructure when it wants to increase its branches and grow. This meant to completely overhaul the dating system, improve it and create a comprehensive management panel. As the company he trusts in this regard, we quickly started our preliminary work.
Since they are generally satisfied with the site designs, our design and content team made improvements and innovations on the same concept and prepared a fully manageable site frontend. With its new infrastructure, the site would now provide fully mobile compatible service.

However, the main work is to make sure that different branches; Our software team has rolled up their sleeves to prepare this detailed and flexible infrastructure as it is the control and management of different artists, appointments, availability, working hours and holidays in these branches.

First, a fully dynamic appointment page was created. In this appointment form, the services in the selected branch and the artists providing these services were listed according to your choices and then the appropriate dates and times were listed according to the selected makeup artist. This listing process has been specially designed to quickly and efficiently perform a complex check, such as scanning the eligibility of the selected artist, according to the duration of the service requested by the appointment. When the appointment process was completed, informative messages were sent to the appointment owner and to the branch manager following the appointments. When the new appointment form, which works tens of times faster than the old one with the renewed software, was completed, the management panel was started to be created to organize and view the variables and appointments in the appointment system.

In the management panel completely customized for Ala Makeup Studio, different users such as branch managers, artists, content managers were created with the user groups feature. An appointment calendar that allows daily, weekly and monthly viewing has been added to view the appointments, and the feature of filtering the content of selected branches and artists in these branches has been added. Not only did all the appointment system data such as all branches, services provided, the duration of these services, artistes, branch and artist working hours could be managed, it could also be controlled from mobile devices.

When the system is completed and the controls are completed, Ala Makeup Studio has now turned into a website and management panel with a mobile-compatible appointment system that can respond to dozens of artists and appointments in more than 5 different cities, and has become one of our favorite works.
